The Woman Behind the Mission 

Charlotte Williams is a Registered Midwife and maternal health entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience guiding families through fertility, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood. Originally trained in the UK before relocating to the U.S., Charlotte’s professional expertise is deeply interwoven with her personal journey through teen pregnancy, IVF, pandemic-era motherhood, and later-in-life parenting.

While building her initial practice, My Bump My Baby, Charlotte uncovered a systemic flaw: parents were drowning in fragmented searches across social media and referral lists, while exceptional care providers struggled to reach the families who needed them most.

Recognizing that modern parents lacked a centralized ecosystem, Charlotte created My Bump Hub—the all-in-one technology platform and digital village bringing families, care providers, resources, and community together under one roof.
